1. Eligibility & Use of the Site

2. Orders, Acceptance & Formation of Contract
2.1. Placing an order through our Site constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

3. Product Descriptions & Pricing

3.2. Prices displayed on the Site include applicable taxes where required, but we are not responsible for any additional fees or duties imposed by your local customs authority if you’re located outside the U.S.

4. Payment & Billing
4.1. All payments must be made by accepted payment methods listed at checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).
4.2. We use third-party payment processors to securely process payment information. We do not store your full credit card or billing information on our servers.
4.3. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
5.1. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery by the carrier to the address you provided.
5.2. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
5.3. If products are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@solveene.com so we can assist you.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
6.1. Because Solveene sells personal care products, all sales are final unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6.2. To request a return or refund for defective or incorrect items, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and order information. We will review and may, at our discretion, issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
6.3. Products must not be used, washed, or altered to qualify for a return or refund.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the property of Solveene or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
